The Facilities
at Kay Rodgers Park - Fort Smith
Space & Facilities available for Events, Concerts,
Conventions & Meetings.
Kay Rodgers Park offers a variety
of facilities to use for everything from small meetings to
large events, conventions and concerts.
Expo Center & Harper Stadium
The two main facilities are The
Expo Center featuring 24,000 square feet of exhibition/meeting
space and Harper Stadium
an open-aired covered arena that can be configured to seat
7000 to 14,000 people for a variety of events.
Hugh Hardin Arena
We also offer Hardin Arena, a 130 foot x 210 foot covered
arena where portable bleacher seating is also available, and
The Barns, nine barns available for rent with W-W hardside
ventilated stalls. Our arrangement allows for a total of up
to 345 stalls on the Park grounds. Additionally, we offer
a Livestock Auction Sale Barn. [Click

Meeting Room Facilities
The Expo Center also has meeting room facilities that
can be customized to meet your group size. [Click

Area Parking
There are over 1,000 parking places owned by the Association,
yet located off the immediate 40-acre Kay Rodgers Park site
within walking distance to the park.
When parking areas within the site are
not in use for your event, we can easily park more than 300
vehicles on the immediate property. The Park and the South
RV Lot (see map) will
accommodate up to 400 vehicles with camper electrical and
water hook-ups. [Click

Location
Kay Rodgers Park is less than two miles from Interstate 540.
Fort Smith is located on the Arkansas - Oklahoma border. The
City is just south of Interstate 40 and connects to that Interstate
via Interstate 540.
